Basic steps

  1. Go to the official ID Austria website.
  2. Look for the section 'Manage ID Austria' or 'Help'.
  3. Choose the function to change your password.
  4. Follow the instructions step by step.
  5. Set a new password and then sign in again.

If you forgot your password, that is not a problem.

You can set a new one at any time.

Take your time and go through the steps calmly.

If you still cannot continue, you can get help in person.

Someone there will show you step by step what to do.
